Just watched the video to Lady Gaga's second single from her new album "Born This Way". Doesn't seem as controversial to me as it was made out to be. And to be honest her stuff is kind of getting boring to me. The hook of the song is just getting on my nerves. The problem is that a lot of people don't even want more from music than this, they just expect a catchy chorus and more of the same old typical shit that we've been hearing in pop music for the last 20 years mostly. Lady Gaga tries damn hard to make something out of it, but it's not that appealing to me. I don't need to listen to this more that once and the rest of the album is probably going to be nothing exciting either. It's so formulaic.
What do you think about it? It's sad that this album is gonna be another hit for her, because most people just don't want anything better...No wonder she's the twitter queen.

ReplyDeleteI really like Lady Gaga. Her new music is more pop than her older more electronic stuff. But she's still very talented, and shes very deliberate in what she does.
