Mellowhype - 67

Just a short update: Check out a new Mellowhype song off their "Numbers" album, that should be out in 2012. I don't want to wait this long goddamn it.
Again great beat by Left Brain and amazing rapping by Hodgy.

Mellowhype - 64 (official video)

Mellowhype finally has an official video out for their song "64", I already had posted some live performances of the song. As you can see by the promotional picture above the video and the song are pretty dark, almost like a horror movie(including really creppy children). I've always loved Left Brain's production but I feel like his beats got even better, I'm kind of looking forward to "Numbers" more than I did to "Goblin", I think "Numbers" will be really amazing. This song will be on the re-release of "BlackenedWhite" though, which is a great album too.
Enough talk, check out the video:

And pre-order the album here, if you like the song:

Tyler The Creator & Hodgy Beats – Sandwitches (live on BBC)

Posting this, because it seems pretty funny and kind of ironic. They couldn't really perform the song how it's supposed to be so they had some fun I guess. Check it out:

Tyler, the Creator - Analog (feat. Hodgy Beats) live

Only six days left, but the album still didn't leak. Someone even commented on this blog with a link, but it's not Goblin, it's Lil B (lol).
To get you over the wait, Tyler and Hodgy performed a new song over at BBC radio called "Analog" and this one will be on Goblin of course. Check it out here:

Mellowhype - 64 (new song)

Odd future duo Mellowhype played a new song called "64" on Fuel TV. Check out a bad quality video of it here:

I'm sure a better quality video or even mp3 will be available soon. This song is probably off their new album called "Numbers" that should be released later this year. Mellowhype's "Blackenedwhite" is my favorite odd future release so I can't wait for this one.

Goblin preorder now up on Amazon, leaked Earl verse, TangGolf

You can now officially pre-order Tyler's album Goblin on CD and vinyl over at Amazon. Tyler himself was very excited about this and it sure is nice to see that all the years of hard work and putting out free music is now paying off. It's safe to say that he's really made it now and can be proud, because he's done everything himself.

In other news someone leaked a previously unreleased verse from Earl which is apparently from a song called "I'll fuck you up, bitch" featuring Mike G. The source of the leak is unknown, Mike G even twittered that only he and Earl have a copy of the song. Check it out here (beware of the noise at the end of the video):

And last but not least, Domo Genesis and Hodgy Beats posted a song on the oddfuture website called TangGolf, which has them rapping over a classic beat from GZA's "4th Chamber" track. It's pretty dope, so check it out here:

Mellowhype planning to finish two albums this year

Some news from the odd future front:
Mellowhype, which is composed of Left Brain(producer) and Hodgy Beats(rapper) already have the next album finished called "Mellowhype Numbers". They recently signed to Fat Possum and are re-releasing a remastered version of "BlackendWhite", which is hands down probably the best odd future release right now. But that's not all, they plan on recording another album this year and with another solo album from Hodgy this adds up to 3(!) albums. With all that output there should be some good stuff there. In another story they met hip hop legend Jay-Z and ate some tacos with him. Among other things they are talking about the story in this mtv video:
